HOW VIDEOS BECOME AVAILABLE TO WATCH:
Videos become unlocked and ready watch as the course progresses.  You’ll receive an email reminder when the next video is available.   A vital part of the program is moving forward along with the group.  Do your best to watch the videos on the day they are released. 

VIDEO SCHEDULE:
In weeks 1 and 2, there is a video every day from Mon – Fri.
In week 3, there are three videos.
In weeks 4 thru 12, there are two videos a week, on Monday and Friday.

Videos are typically 10 -15 minutes long. The first video is the longest, around 25 minutes.

 

WHAT TO EAT AND DRINK BEFORE THE PROGRAM BEGINS
Just eat and drink what you normally do until we begin. We’ll be making changes slowly in the program, so that they stick. Our goal is to create permanent change. Each week builds on the next.  

TEST YOUR BLENDER!  YOU’LL NEED A BLENDER THAT CAN MAKE SMOOTHIES.
Starting in Week #2, you’ll need a blender that can make smoothies, like a Vitamix or Nutribullet RX. Your current blender may work. So, test it before you buy one.

How to test your blender:
Try making a green smoothie with some ice, a handful or two of spinach, half of a peeled cucumber, a stalk of celery, half an apple or half a pear or a handful of berries and some water. Chop the cucumber, celery, apple or pear in a few pieces before adding to the blender. Fill about 1/2 way or 3/4 of the way up to the top of ingredients with water. Try your blender and see if it’s smooth enough to drink, without big chunks.

IMPORTANT:
If you need a blender, buy a full size blender, which is 32 oz or the 48 oz. /1420 ml size.  I recommend ANY of the Nutribullet blenders.  Just check the description to make sure it makes smoothies.  The  Nutribullet smoothie-making blenders are way cheaper than the Vitamix and are very reliable.    You can buy them on Amazon.  

PURCHASE BRAIN OCTANE OIL AND ELETE DROPS
Brain Octane Oil: 
We’ll be making green smoothies starting in week #2, adding 1/2 tablespoon of Brain Octane Oil. It’s a little pricey but, but I believe it’s the BEST MCT oil available and an investment in your health.  You’ll only use a little every day so, it will last for a while.   The 32 oz. size will be cheaper in the long run than the 16 oz. 

Bulletproof XCT Oil is a slightly cheaper option but, I really recommend the Brain Octane Oil if you can do it.
Dr. Mercola’s MCT Oil is another option I would recommend but it’s usually priced even higher than the Brain Octane Oil.  Don’t buy any other brands of MCT Oil.

Shopping Tip: Sometimes Whole Foods Market has Brain Octane Oil on sale for much cheaper than Amazon or Bulletproof.com.

Elete Electrolyte Drops
Typically, somewhere between weeks 3 and 5, when your body starts to release water it’s been retaining,  (which is a wonderful thing),  you may need extra electrolytes.   Purchase these drops and put 2-3 drops in a glass of water per day once we get to Week 3.  If you’re low on electrolytes,  it’s possible that you could get leg cramps or feel a little light headed.   So, let’s get ahead of that possibility.  Go ahead and buy the drops before Week 3.
